The tablet works, it's in good condition, but where's the stylus? The stylus isn't an option, and there's no mention of it. I have the impression that it's a bit like a lottery, you don't know what you're going to get. I made a complaint quite a while ago but I haven't heard anything back. Refurbished products are a good idea, but it would be better if there was more transparency so that you really knew what you were buying.
