- doesn't have an s pen (didn't care for it but I'm pointing it out, from the photo it would appear so) - tablet purchased as "good" is actually in good condition: no functional or screen defects, battery lasts a long time, however it has two scratches or chips on two corners of the tablet, which don't bother anyway - I'm happy with the service, the price was adequate, the shipping was fast and smooth, I'm glad I didn't buy a new product but a refurbished oneGalaxy Tab S3 (2017) 32GB - Black - (WiFi + 4G)Translated from Italian -Purchased on the 17 December 2022

Very nice tablet! Bought as a Christmas present for my 95 year old mother (who had another tablet before). It was very easy for her to get used to it and resume browsing. I'm very happy with Back Market despite a small scare about a late delivery. But the tablet arrived on time on the morning of the 24th. Great! The tablet is like new, no scratches. I have to say that I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get it to work, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get it to work. Very fast delivery, customer service was very understanding and efficient. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I would like to thank them for their excellent service. This new tablet is totally in line with my expectations, the aesthetics and quality of the product are "perfect condition" this time. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get a pen, but according to the customer reviews it was a 50/50 chance. The delivery time was perfect! The delivery time was much quicker than expected and in this Christmas period this is very much appreciated. The packaging did not contain a box where the tablet was, unlike a previous order, but the tablet wrapped in bubble wrap arrived safely, which is the main thing! The condition "TB condition" is indeed the condition of the tablet. I had chosen this model because it had a pen. The pen is missing from the package. a problem using the microsoft suite (Word, Excel...) installed by default on the tablet. The only answer was "Return the tablet to the seller". I just asked for a small hotline. Unfortunately I needed a tablet for taking notes and this one didn't have the stylus included, plus being a somewhat old model it was impossible to find the original stylus for sale.
