I have to give this tablet to my 9 year old granddaughter. Thank you for giving me some training on how to put it back in azerty. Sorry, I'm not a computer expert. Sincerely

I never thought it could turn out this way. As a result, they are unable to refund me. I ordered another one from another supplier, which my wife is very happy with. We are 85 years old and in poor health, especially my wife who has had to fight, and this tablet was a way of entertaining herself and getting away from all the misery she has experienced. The seller, who hasn't reacted too much to the many emails he's received over the last ten days or so. All the people at the after-sales service who have followed this refund procedure are exceptionally dedicated, and are doing everything they can to resolve this situation.
