Fits perfectly, is cleanly made and looks good.

Failed to install the screen protector, as I got it a bit misaligned on the first go and lifting the screen protector to realign it, the adhesive became smudged and left an unsightly smudge between the phone and the protector. I also did not like that the screen protector itself has this odd "circle" exactly where the fingerprint scanner is. I don't know if that's intended to be a thinner part to improve the scanner function, but overall the aesthetic of it would be a big minus. Especially when that circle area was mostly that got the glue smudged up upon lifting and trying to re-align it. I also didn't notice this was a CASE and protector, so I ordered the case separately and now have 2 cases but no protector as there was nothing I could do to the glue getting smudged up as it did. I also felt like the wetwipe that came with it was so wet that it left alcohol on the surface and after it dried, it also left some residue that I had to microfiber cloth wipe off. But maybe that's "intended". Just didn't feel like it cleaned very well. Oh well. At least I have a spare case and a microfiber wipe. (Oh and this is a review specifically about the screen protector part. Backmarket thems...

When you buy a smartphone for €449 with a 12-month warranty and, at the beginning of its warranty period, it breaks down (network problems) and BACK MARKET, instead of repairing or exchanging it, asks you to buy the same model again, which has become €173 more expensive... When you buy a protective screen to put on your Smartphone and BACK MARKET asks you to remove it (i.e. break it) when it's returned because it's faulty, and BACK MARKET then tells you that "we can't refund you because it's a consumable item"... I don't think that's very serious or professional! To avoid all the trouble and wasted time, I'll never order from BACK MARKET again.

Hull blocked by the carrier for 10 days in Denmark. After ten days (even though the hull had not left the country), I was asked to put together a file with a copy of my identity papers in order to get my money back, which I refused to do. The situation was resolved when the parcel finally arrived after 2-3 weeks. A transport problem can always happen, but I really didn't appreciate having to fill in a file, nor having to send identity documents to who knows where. I can understand the logic, but the customer experience is disastrous.

In my opinion, the back shell is too soft and, above all, the screen protector prevents fingerprints from being recognised and some of the keyboard keys are much more complicated to type...
