When you buy a smartphone for €449 with a 12-month warranty and, at the beginning of its warranty period, it breaks down (network problems) and BACK MARKET, instead of repairing or exchanging it, asks you to buy the same model again, which has become €173 more expensive...
When you buy a protective screen to put on your Smartphone and BACK MARKET asks you to remove it (i.e. break it) when it's returned because it's faulty, and BACK MARKET then tells you that "we can't refund you because it's a consumable item"...
I don't think that's very serious or professional!
To avoid all the trouble and wasted time, I'll never order from BACK MARKET again.
