Very unhappy with the product which arrived with a fault causing it to reboot very frequently. If the technical service was correct at first, I found it in bad faith claiming that the device was in good condition. As a result, the appliance was refunded at a high cost (nearly 40% of the value lost for me). Conclusion: I will no longer order electronic equipment that I cannot repair myself second-hand via the internet. I wouldn't recommend using a retailer unless you're in the same town and can report the fault directly to them.

I'm not happy because the phone isn't unlocked. So the seller asked me to go and have it unlocked in shop. So extra costs. What's more, I only received the packaging to send mine back 2 days ago. But I can't send it back because the new one isn't unlocked. For a first purchase from you I'm not very satisfied, because the phone is noted unlocked and is not. I've already sent you this message and still haven't heard from you. I hope to hear from you again, because "customer satisfaction" is not what it's all about.
