Bought it back to replace the previous, identical, unfortunately defunct one. I had purchased elsewhere 2 weeks earlier a Galaxy A53 which I was not at all happy with, and I could have returned it if Backmarket's shipping wasn't so slow, taking over 1 week. Also, there was no way to contact the courier other than a completely useless cat. Without this inconvenience, I would have returned the previous phone recovering 170€ spent. Instead they came 2 days short of delivery, and I have to keep it.

The phone is in very good condition. Only thing is that the phone feels warm when in use. Not sure if this is normal? My phone A51 doesn't feel warm nor does the other phone A50 I purchased from Back Market.

The purchase and delivery system was very straightforward and efficient and the phone was exactly as advertised.

The appliance I ordered arrived in perfect condition. This was my first order on the site, and I am fully satisfied and happy with my purchase.

A scam, they sell you a device with scratches and a few knocks and promise you a guarantee as if it were new. If it breaks down and doesn't work they reply that as it has damage it has fallen and you no longer have it. Some cheeky, sell reconditioned that when you send for a breakdown they want them to be immaculate.
