The laptop seems to be in decent condition and works well, however, it has clearly not been refurbished, I'm guessing not even switched on as it still has the previous owners apps, photos, downloaded invoices containing personal information, etc. This is a massive breach of GDPR, I am not impressed at all. I now have to waste time going through deleting all of this.
