I ordered 2 Charge 5's. One functions well but the other doesn't record steps or any other information and won't sync with my phone. I have now left the UK and am home in Cyprus so cannot return the faulty one for a refund. Update - the second Charge 5 has now failed after 2 weeks. Needless to say, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely shocking experience! Item was not as described, received a completely different model, was in a very poor condition and arrived in a greasy residue. Raised a request for a return immediately and had to wait for a return label for days. Really poor experience unfortunately. This is not an 'excellent' condition item and I am very disappointed. The device does not work unless it is plugged in. I fully charged the device using the charger provided and as soon as I unplugged it the screen cut out. When it turns back on, the charge has dropped down to 1%. I cleaned the device and charger and tried this multiple times using different ports, to no avail. I even reset the device by pressing on the charger button x3 as instructed by Fitbit customer support. Nothing has worked. The strap also arrived dirty and with an usual smell and there were visible marks on the back of the watch screen. I will be returning immediately, do not waste your time.
