Fitbit Inspire 3 Connected devices

Back Market has done it again! Having purchased a refurbished phone from them a couple of years ago, when my Inspire 2 needed replacing I purchased an Inspire 3. Hands up, I did try the warehouse division of a well known online retailer first, god knows why. Their item arrived in a crushed box, missing info leaflet, and a charger which did not fit the device. It went back immediately which was when I thought to look on Back Market. Hurrah! The item arrived faster than promised, in perfect condition, with the correct charger, and full information. Thank you and Back Market is my go-to place for tech from now on.

Device easy to set up and generally prefer the screen size on the hardware to my last FitBit device. The lack of mirroring between the set up on the Phone Apps and the way it actually works on the device is very, very frustrating. In particular, the App allows you to choose a shortcut of 6 Exercises but the device overrides it and only shows the most recent 3 used? This is extremely annoying. I regularly do more than 3 types of exercise in a a single work out routine or over a couple of days. Its really annoying to have to scroll through the list of 30? exercises on the device to find on an exercise that has been dropped out of the last used 3 but was already set up in the shortcuts. Even more so because the scrolling on the device is unreliable in its sensitivity. It can take two or three attempts to find the Exercise. Oh and the other one is why did Google drop the ability to see metrics for individual exercise like FitBit used to?

Watch like new working perfectly. At 80 yrs old still getting to grips with all its uses but all good with what I use it for.

not sure if I can review the fitbit. I charged it and then gave it to my mother. as usual the customer service was superb!
