Very 'impress'ed with this machine. The coffee taste exceptional, the machine was in great quality with just minor cosmetic wear. The milk frother is incredible to for something automated. Overall outstanding, it's really elevated my coffee experience, especially as I only drink Decaf!

Condition category: “good” Result: very happy! There were some obvious scratches on the corner of the water container (which is at the back of the machine but not at all visible when sitting on the counter top). Other than that, it is in perfect condition! Absolute bargain. Would happily do this again. Other details: - All accessories, aside from the replaceable water filter, were included (even though the description said that many things could be missing). Specifically, the milk beaker, all cleaning materials, all baskets etc were included and in perfect condition. I noticed that the comment that items may be missing was generic across different machines so I guess the refurbisher is just covering the options. However, nothing was missing from this. - There was no manual but the machine has all instructions on the display when setting it up - Paint and body work (aside from the water container) were in perfect condition. No marks, scratches or dents. A light wipedown was required but it was entirely superficial and mainly the dust from the cardboard liners - The box was fairly damaged and stained with coffee and had seen better days but it gets thrown out anyhow. The refurbisher packed the machine in the original box and then into a second, larger, box. So the machine was well protected during transport - Quite a lot of coffee grinds all over the place but all wiped away easily. The machine clearly had a previous owner and I suspect it was shipped with some residue in the drip tray, resulting in the box staining but the machine was in perfect condition. It was up and running within minutes, made a great cup of coffee and looks fantastic on my counter top. I am a convert!! This was an amazing purchase!

We have used back market before and we’re not disappointed when we received our sage coffee machine. It was in the condition as described . Works beautifully and an upgrade on our last one . Makes the best coffee . I would certainly recommend back market . They are a very transparent company . All of our family use them . We are very pro recycling and hence saving money .

Initially the machine wasn’t functioning as it should. The water flow would stop too early until I noticed it was heavy limescale so after running the descale and back wash cleaning programs it was working. Not what I expected from a refurbished machine. The from of the body work does also had a big chip of missing paint which is not expected for good quality. Otherwise the machine has been fine.
