Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with my order. The parcel arrived in a very mouldy condition - both the packaging and the device itself and even the operating instructions were affected. The odour was unpleasant and parts of the instructions were no longer legible. Mould had also formed on the back of the device, which I found difficult to remove. In addition, I now have problems with the appliance's software and don't know if I can solve these on my own. It is difficult to return the device as the original packaging is no longer usable due to the mould. What a pity - I had hoped for much more.
