Perfect pc works fine but I realised I had received a pc with just 8gb of RAM. I needed it quickly so I didn't return it, I'll add the RAM myself. It's a shame there isn't a service to ask for a refund (at least of the difference paid in excess) or a service to be able to speak with the seller and better understand what happened.
