The dyson V8 is a bit heavy but I soon got used to it. It's very practical, there's no need to prepare it beforehand, like with my old canister hoover. And it's easy to empty, so the dust stays compact. There are lots of accessories, some of which I haven't tested yet. The delivery went very well. The parcel was undamaged.

The appliance was dropped off at a relay point when my son was there on purpose in the morning as agreed (between 8 and 1pm). The delivery man didn't even ring. Very, very average service considering that I'm on the ground floor and the flat number is clearly visible on the door. Otherwise the appliance is perfect, like new, very well packaged. I bought this 2016 model Dyson v8 to replace my 2012 release Dyson DC40, and I am very pleased with it. It's fantastic, and the technology is definitely better, combine that with the convenience of the stick vacuum style it makes things like stairs and small spaces so much easier to clean, it cleans better than my old Dyson, and is perfect for me in a flat. In terms of condition, exactly as describe for a 'Fair' item. The collection bin plastic is a little cloudy with the odd scratch, which is exactly what i would expect of a vacuum of this age.
