It quickly developed a weakness when used intensively: the risk of overheating and jamming is greater than with a conventional hair dryer. When blow-drying curly hair at high heat for 10 minutes, the risk is that the Dyson won't restart when you turn it off. Otherwise, it's in perfect condition.

Your Dyson supersonic has arrived safely in its new home. After acclimatising for a few minutes, it quickly worked wonders! Everything's going well for him, he dries perfectly and his copper look is a real sensation. He'll be part of our family for many years to come!

Very disappointed with my order. I bought a reconditioned Dyson hairdryer advertised as being in "perfect condition - premium". The appliance does work, but the state of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The hairdryer arrived dirty, with lots of dust and, worst of all, strands of hair in the accessories. Frankly, for a product at this price and with such a promise of quality, I find it shameful. A minimum of cleaning and inspection should be carried out before shipping. Refurbished does not mean dirty. Very disappointing experience.
