This doro 8035 is in perfect condition and excellent value for money. Delivery was super quick, and I recommend Back Market. Although simple to use, it is still complicated for an octogenarian who has never used a smartphone.

This phone was intended for my mother to replace her old Doro libeto 820 and I installed it yesterday. She has rediscovered the ease of use that she knew, so for the moment she is completely satisfied. The product was of very good quality,

Having been totally satisfied with my 1st order, I did not expect to encounter a malfunction when I bought a phone in "perfect condition" (and not "very good condition"). I sent it back immediately and it was repaired very quickly. I would still have liked to have been contacted and informed of the process (no communication about the seller's decision to repair it), as I could also have opted for a refund.
