The order arrived with an issue (audio not working) I ran a dell report which showed up a number of issues on the laptop. I contacted customer services and super dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I’d like to continue to buy with you and have a replacement sent out. I’d appreciate this being looked into and some communication.
