Instead of the 7550 15" laptop I received a 7750 17". Unfortunately with Windows 365 instead of Windows 11. The laptop is in perfect condition.

The condition of the laptop was very good, as stated in the description. No visible scratches or dents, the screen was also flawless and the battery seems to be fine so far. Only the charger shows signs of heavy use and the cable has a kink in several places and one place is so strong that the cables inside are visible. This can be very dangerous. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Top but I have a problem with our USB-C port which doesn't work. I can't plug a cable into it.

Great product for "fair" condition. Not a single scratch. The battery only lasts about 3.5 hours, but understandable. Other than that, runs perfectly so far. I have it for a couple of weeks.

The device I received is indeed in very good condition. However, there is a serious discrepancy between the specifications announced by the seller and the product actually delivered. For example - Intel Core i9 processor announced by the seller, but the product contains an Intel Xeon - 3840 x 2400 screen resolution announced by the seller, but the resolution of the product delivered is in fact 1920 x 1080. This computer is my work tool and I use it every day, so I can't return it for a refund. I therefore regret that a credit note or partial refund solution is not offered.

I ordered a PC in "perfect condition" and received the first PC with a major impact in one corner. I asked for a replacement and to my great surprise the replacement PC was even worse looking. The seller had also taken care to make up the machine (stickers stuck on the back of the screen, the front of the keyboard, the keyboard ...). To sum up: Back market customer service is present and effective in dealing with problems, but the arrival of their machines is a real lottery where the customer is clearly the loser.
