2/5Second order from Backmarket and disappointment again, this time I'm leaving a review. The description mentioned WIFI and Bluetooth? The cards are indeed there but no drivers or antenna. So unusable as is. It was supposed to be Windows 11 Pro? Without the "Pro" and not pre-installed. So it was a hassle to find an ethernet cable, configure Windows, just to be able to continue and then spend an additional €130 for a WIFI card powerful enough for me to be in another room than my box and a basic Bluetooth dongle. Despite the polite AI-generated emails, the follow-up is rubbish! If I don't follow up, no one gets back to me with a viable solution other than "send it back so we can check it and possibly refund you". Pure and simple scam!
