Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. This OptiPlex 7060 SFF tower is as described and boots up correctly. All the parts match what the seller mentions except the SSD which fails the SMART test (errors on the disk etc). The default OS is Windows 11 (quickly changed to Ubuntu). The shipment was fast and the packaging very careful (protection, padding, bubble wrap etc). There are a few traces of wear, mainly cosmetic, which are normal on a device that has been used a lot. I recommend buying second-hand!
