Dell Latitude E7240 12-inch Core i5-4300U - SSD 256 GB - 8GB AZERTY - French

I decided to give refurbished laptops a try. So I bought a laptop from Kiatoo in decent condition. The parcel arrived very quickly and was superbly packaged. The computer I received did show signs of wear and tear, but that was to be expected as I had ordered it in "fair condition". I noticed that there was some dust protruding from the plastic around the keyboard and the hinges. I thought that if someone had actually checked the electronics underneath, they might have, out of professional conscience, removed the dust and sold a clean computer, but well... Another more annoying point is that ALL the plastic around the keyboard is covered in glue that doesn't come off (like when you remove a label). Very unpleasant when using the computer, it 'catches' your hands. Just because it's a refurbished computer doesn't mean it's disgusting. But I was prepared to get past that and try to clean the whole thing properly. Then came the big problem: the computer only charged up to 81% max, giving me a battery life of about 1 hour 15 minutes unplugged... I contacted BackMarcket who confirmed that it is not normal to receive a computer with a faulty battery. I'm sending it back - it's a really bad way to sell a computer without giving all the features and faults before you buy it. Go back to new, it's safer!

Jusqu'ici rien à dire, livraison très rapide, produit conforme, service client franchement super. Je ne sais pas ce que vous valez en SAV, et j'espère ne pas avoir à le savoir, mais si vous êtes aussi bons là dedans on n'est pas loin d'un sans faute.

Emballage et envoi parfaits ! Le produit est tout à fait conforme à la description et à mes attentes, et même plus. Rapide, léger, suffisamment puissant pour mon usage de télétravail (bureautique, navigation web), une mémoire de bonne capacité, que demande de plus pour un laptop à utiliser en déplacement ? Je suis pleinement satisfaite de mon achat. Allez, s'il y a avait un infime bémol, ce serait la version de windows en espagnol au départ avant de changer la langue dans les paramètres. Mais, est-ce vraiment un bémol ?

Descriptif conforme. Très satisfait de cet achat. Le PC a quelques petits accrocs mais rien de bien méchant. Pas de rayure sur l'écran et ça c'est le plus important. D'un point de vue perfo, il fait ce qu'on lui demande. Largement suffisant pour les besoins d'une jeune ado.

Livraison rapide et sans problème. Produit conforme à la description et à l'état indiqué. Très satisfait pour ce premier achat.
