1)- As far as the computer is concerned, I went from Windows 7 to Windows 11 quite easily, better than with Windows 10. Just a small problem with the computer already set to default One Drive instead of Google Drive, and lacking Office word and excel. To be customised. Apart from that, edge-to-edge screen, no loss, fast and responsive computer, I'm delighted. 2)- Concerning Back market, very good experience too, it's not the 1st time, quality devices, no worries. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you

It's smaller than I expected but it works well and so far I haven't had any problems. It is practically new and as I say it works well.
