This is my third order from BackMarket. It was just like the other two orders. Everything as described. Super secure packaging. Traces of use on the casing of course, but otherwise perfect. Everything works, a good and fair price. What more could you want. I will definitely continue to monitor BackMarket products

Laptop was as described with Windows 11 ready to go and no bloatware. Seller dispatched using DPD quickly and laptop arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Very well packed. For a nearly 5 year old laptop, i5/16gb performance is pretty good. Lattitude 2 in 1 is a better product for me than my old MS Surface Pro which had a better screen but unpleasant 'bouncy' keyboard cover.

Everything is satisfactory apart from the appearance. The condition is more towards acceptable than good. There are clear signs of use and small scratches that indicate long use, but nothing that would hinder performance. Definitely not bad, but you can't really call it good either.

Condition as described, approximately 2.5 hours battery life. Works very well.
