Hello, I have received the computer. Aesthetically, there's nothing to say, but as far as cleaning the inside is concerned, I think that's been forgotten (ventirad full of dust and lint in the small openings).

Laptop in excellent condition, perfectly refurbished as if new. Gast and tracked shipping.

Satisfied with the pc received. A few bumps in places but nothing serious. The main thing is that it works well. The only downside is the delivery. Well, the 1st deliveryman especially. He came to the house...but left without making the delivery, or sending a message to say he was there and asking for the security code! Fortunately, the next day a second delivery driver came and did his job. A message was sent to obtain the security code and the computer was delivered. This inconvenience will not prevent me from recommending something on the site.

The PC is very good. Very well packaged. On the other hand, some of the information in the technical description of the ad was wrong: Supposedly a QWERTY, I received an AZERTY (that suits me) Supposedly no webcam, even though there is one. I don't mind, on the contrary, but it would be nice if the product I received matched its description in every way. Otherwise good service, I recommend

The device is in very good condition and supports Windows 11 as I wanted, unlike the 1st device whose processor was not compatible with Windows 11 (it was refunded quickly, thank you for that). On the new DELL PC, I installed a printer and bit defender antivirus, that's all. Since then, when I start the PC, the fan(s) blow continuously as soon as I switch it on and the PC is very hot without me having started anything! I've looked into this on the Dell website and it's not normal at all and could damage components. So I can't use it... I would like a refund for this machine as it is the 2nd one I have bought from Backmarket and have to return. The 1st PC was refunded. I am very disappointed with these 2 purchases. I was delivered on 26 June, so I'm within 30 days, otherwise there's a 1-year guarantee. I would like to thank you in advance for dealing with my complaint as quickly as you did last time. I have an ageing and under-performing device, and I'm in the process of cleaning it with a view to recovering my extensive data on a new PC...
