Shipment all good, the product however had a problem with the battery, it would not stay on without being connected to the charger even if the battery was at 100%, consequently I had to replace the battery out of my own pocket obviously to be quicker, otherwise the shop would certainly have changed it for me, but this could have been mentioned in the description when it was purchased, otherwise all is well.

This is my first and also my only purchase made on the Back Market. The laptop I bought after a day, had problems starting up despite having the battery at full charge. After plugging it into the mains socket I managed to start it up, but the next day the problem repeated itself. At that point I decided to return it, I followed the instructions to the letter, but received no response. The only response was the classic 404 Damn! If the review is negative you are not given the chance to publish it, I had to click on the positive smiley face to release this review
