As I was used to from Back Market, the ordering process was again great and this laptop was at home in no time and professionally packaged. Laptop works properly and battery seems to be okay too. Happy with it. One downside, though. Laptop was dirty, very dusty/sandy. It doesn't affect functionality so far and I've already given it a 1st cleaning, but dust/dirt is also between/under the keys a lot. I did expect with a refurbished product that it would be neatly clean.
