dell 14" laptop received very quickly. i ordered it choice in good condition, at unpacking i thought it was new, looking closer there are a few scratches on the surface barely visible without importance. The screen and keyboard are impeccable, the battery is still good and in addition there is a bag. Very happy with my purchase.

I chose the PC Dell 5480 and not disappointed at all it makes search among the criteria that l have souvaite because all have for expemple not the keyboard backlit, but in search, we find and this one was frankly not expensive for a 2.4 ghz. coup de bol! Silent and efficient, it holds a charge very well for at least two hours without plugging it in. Very good condition, no scratches, I'm very happy with my purchase.

After a fault and sending the product back, the repair was carried out perfectly and I received my computer again. As for the delivery, when you see the mess in the lorry, so much so that the parcels fall out and you open the door, you're afraid to see the condition of your product, but it's well packaged and the computer is spotless.

First of all I paid an extra 5€ to be able to have it a few days earlier, the bottom line: order delayed for a week and then on top of that when it was to be delivered, it was given to someone who is unknown. So the order was not delivered to me! Absolutely an experience to forget!
