Hello, on the one hand I am happy because the laptop is not too damaged, it looks good! However, it is not the model advertised and for which I paid. It is the one I received with the lowest performance in terms of processor, graphics and screen resolution. I don't know what this error is due to, but given that the model I received was in stock at a lower price, my final rating is negative!

The laptop was delivered to me and the keys were not working properly. I understand that this is an easily fixable fault, but if this has not been checked and I find the charger with sticky patches I feel I am wasting my time doing someone else's job.

The laptop arrived quickly and in good condition, the performance is good, I will definitely buy again when I need something.
