The product arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I was very satisfied with it. I did have problems with the product, as it was very hot within the first few minutes of being switched on. I have an old laptop that heats up no less. Then I was watching a film and three or four times the screen went black, but there was still sound. So it wasn't a problem with the lock, but I believe it was a problem with the screen. Although I'm returning the product, it doesn't affect my intention to make any more purchases. The battery doesn't hold a charge even though I ordered equipment in very good condition. The description is not very precise and does not correspond to what I expected.
