Purchased and arrived very quickly, good speed and great condition.

- Faster delivery than expected: ordered on Tuesday at 11.30pm, arrived on Thursday at 9.30am... - The computer starts up, the configuration is correct, the condition is OK but not better (for the aesthetics) everything works very well. - No of the usual problems (for the 5420) of stickers on the keys to hide a qwerty keyboard, no covering to hide scratches. So I'm very satisfied. - Little bonus: backlit keyboard (all dell latitude btw) and above all touchscreen! It's not much but it's nice. - 1 week and no worries the battery does not last very long (4h max with saver etc..) but normal for a computer like this.

Great for a refurbished phone, I'm very happy with my first purchase from Backmarket, the only downside is that the battery barely lasts half a day and it's not as good for studying... I'd recommend it!

Fast delivery, and the product corresponds well to the description. The battery capacity is even impressive for this computer. I'm very happy with the purchase and the use of this laptop (streaming). Please note: the laptop charger has a very bright LED, which is a bit annoying when using it at night or in the dark.

Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

Good purchase, I bought this computer in excellent grade condition and it matches the description, except for a few small scratches it is as good as new and does its job, battery still holds up and can do several hours under stress, I recommend it for students and others.

After ordering, I was told that the seller no longer had the product in stock, but a second distributor was quickly found. The computer arrived in just over a week, including this delay. The 'very good condition' is quite true to the image it inspires. The computer looks solid, even if the keyboard is a bit plastic and the screen isn't of impeccable quality. It's still very pleasant to use and very responsive. At this price, frankly, there's nothing to complain about.
