Computer delivered in very good condition. Very very slight problem with the keyboard...which is laid out in Belgian AZERTY mode and not French (I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why the keys didn't match). Otherwise, everything is perfect, I recommend it.

Hello, the computer is as published, I just had to clip the screen that was not completely back in place, but it can happen and it's nothing. The device was well packaged. The real problem was the home delivery. The delivery man didn't turn up, so he sent me a text to say that as he wasn't there I'd have to go and pick up my parcel at a post office. At that moment I looked in the street and there was nobody there. I immediately went to the depot, which is 5 minutes from my home, and the shopkeeper told me that my parcel had just been delivered. So now the delivery people go straight to the shop and text the recipient that they've been there but there's no-one, so why pay for home delivery? This time it was with Colissimo, but I've had the same experience with others, and in some cases the parcel was half-open, in others it was ripped open or crushed. Can't the sellers put pressure on the carriers? After all, they're customers!
