Phone received on time, parcel in good condition and product well packaged/protected. Two downsides: the condition of the phone, sold as "perfect", should have been categorised as "very good" according to the back market specifications that I've just reread (the back cover shows traces of a glue-type product that won't come off). The other point is that the product was shipped 'off the ground' in terms of the reconditioned/eco-friendly concept: from Brive, then Bordeaux, then Leipzig in Germany, then Nantes to its destination in Brittany. What's that all about? Please check with your DHL service provider for more consistency!

Overall condition of the phone: a few scratches (normal for a second-hand phone). The speaker crackles even at low volume. Battery life is ridiculous (but that's also the case with this phone when it's new).

In perfect condition with all accessories. I am perfectly satisfied with this purchase. As it was packaged in a parcel with a label on the outside showing a potter's wheel and arrived two days ahead of schedule, I almost refused delivery 😂

Rather disappointed, a first purchase on Back Market which resulted in a cancellation of my order by the seller even though everything had been validated! Back Market then gave me a discount for the second purchase (the positive point to remember). I've received the Crosscall action X5 but I'm quite disappointed with the service.... A supposedly refurbished product...There were still applications from the previous owner and above all, the phone "bugs" at times, it remains "stuck" on the current page without me being able to go back!
