Crosscall Action-X3

Hello, I bought a Crosscall action x 3 smartphone via your site on 16/01/24 and I'm having a few problems with its operation. I bought the same model as the one I had, which could no longer hold a charge. With this new model I'm having a lot of trouble connecting to my operator's network. It also happens to be incompatible with my banking application. In view of these considerable problems, I would like a refund or, if possible, a top-up to buy a higher range model. I've received the phone but I can't use it because it hasn't been reformatted. I'm being asked for the previous owner's gmail account. How can I return it or get a refund?

The phone was delivered with a non-compatible charger. Presented as being in "very good condition", it has numerous small cracks on the rear shell. (The time required to swap my SIM card has prevented me from assessing the condition of the battery).

Given as a Christmas present, it seems to fit the bill perfectly.
