The console is fine and everything is normal, except that when I ordered it I was told that there was no black colour and that I could choose another colour, so far so good except that black is a colour that costs more than white which was an alternative, and that even when my order arrived they never bothered to mark on the site that the black colour was out of stock, although these little things didn't alter my mood, the real annoying thing was the fact that I wasn't informed that the console wasn't European but was Japanese and this caused me problems that I would have preferred to have been warned about. I have now resolved the issue and the console works perfectly, if only these issues had been avoided it would have been a 5 star. Despite my unpleasant experience I still recommend the purchase.

No problem, I received the box with all the supplies, the package is complete, the 3ds works well. I just had a nasty surprise with a red stiley that was a bit old and formerly chewed up but there were 2 others in very good condition, also the screen protector was a bit large, I had to cut it slightly to fit the size of the console's touch screen. I highly recommend it, it's a good investment.
