Couldn't be more impressed in all honesty. The machine arrived in super quick time and in its original box and looked absolutely brand new with zero use. There has been a learning curve with use but that is on us, otherwise the machine has worked like a dream so far and the quality of coffee has improved as we have become more accustomed to it. Would recommend highly to anyone considering pyrchasing.

The item is in excellent condition, I don't know if it was ever used to actually make coffee or whether the few remnants were just from the refurbisher testing it. It is like new and came with all of the accessories even the ones that were listed as not included the only exception being the water filter which are readily available online. The service of buying from Backmarket was excellent- Simple and easy, and very quick delivery. There was an issue with the product which made me want to return it, and the process for doing this was also quick and straightforward. The machine itself was not in good condition- bearing in mind it was meant to be refurbished and in good condition, it was still dirty with coffee grounds, and signs of extremely heavy usage. The white filter (a crucial component) was not in the packaging.

Great machine arrived with slight damage, replacement of the part was efficient arriving two days after the coffee machine arrived. very happy.
