yesterday I have received the shipment and I am very happy with the robot very complete, the purchase has been a very good experience and the attention with doubts and questions of the same, thank you very much and until my next purchase.

Well packaged, the box is not damaged. But the parts inside the box were quite dirty, even the instruction book was dusty, I understand you bought reconditioned, but the dirt could be avoided. On the other hand the app is nowhere to be found. If anyone has it or has downloaded it, please tell me where, thanks.

The product arrived safely and well packaged. I am still testing the product and at the moment I can't give it a good rating. The conga is constantly disconnected from the network and stays offline and can not be accessed from the mobile application. In manual mode it also disconnects and stops in any area of the house. According to what they say on the internet it is a fault of the brand. If it is not solved I will return it.

It was the first time I bought from Back Market, and I assure you, the last. Product damaged (battery not working), bad management when it came to repairing it, they sent it back to me because it was supposed to be missing a label from the supplier, which I never saw, nor did I remove. I sent it back again, this time to return the product because I had already been without a hoover for more than 1 month and it has been almost 20 working days since they accepted the return (it is supposed to take between 9 and 12) and I still haven't received my money. You can't contact them by phone, you have to stick to the app, they can take a long time to answer, and if it's the weekend, forget that they won't answer you. In short; very bad experience and 170€ less in my account that I still haven't recovered.
