Hello, since yesterday my Caterpillar Land Rover Explore laptop has been out of order. The touchscreen no longer works for no reason. I can no longer use the phone. Can we exchange it? When I took it out of the box, one of the two buttons for adjusting the sound volume had been removed and fallen to the bottom of the box. I am unfortunately disappointed. The smartphone's casing is very scratched, the second battery has run out and the outdoor software no longer has an account. The thick protective frame is also missing. Mobile phone is now just lying around. I have now chewed another one out of sheer frustration!
