Pour une fois je suis déçue, le smartphone était supposé être en "parfait état" (et donc plus cher) mais il est arrivé sale, plein de poussière/terre, et une étiquette était collée sur l'écran, difficile à enlever et à nettoyer la colle. L'écran (de protection) est partiellement rayé mais donc pas remplacé. J'ai pourtant vérifié le profil du fournisseur avant de commander, qui est bien noté pour son sérieux, je suis d'autant plus surprise de l'état de l'appareil. Ça m'a pris 5-10 minutes pour nettoyer le smartphone, mais je pense que c'était au vendeur de faire en sorte que l'appareil ait l'air "neuf" et surtout, propre comme indiqué sur le site. @BackMarket, ne laissez pas le succès de la plateforme contribuer à la détérioration de la qualité, continuez à être exigeants avec les revendeurs. À voir dans la durée maintenant si la batterie fonctionne correctement etc., c'est arrivé déchargé.
