2.8/5I was disappointed by the condition of the helmet on arrival. The handle trim and the two ear cushions are particularly worn, and I'm not sure how long they'll last. The headphones normally come with a nice carrying case, a large jack cable and a USB cable to match. All I found in my box was the headphones and a USB cable less than a metre long, which I doubt came as standard. The headphones themselves are beautifully made and work well, with exceptional sound. But the credit goes to Focal, not the retailer. Between the cost of the missing accessories and the parts I'll probably have to replace in the short term, I feel cheated and would certainly have made a better deal buying new from Focal.
