Hello, I was happy with how easy it was to order and the super fast delivery... but really, the condition of the phone was really not possible... I took a Samsung flip 4 which had a very deep scratch on the fold... the corner protection rubbers were missing... it's too risky to keep it... so I preferred to send it back to you. This experience with this phone and this model in particular really scared me, so I decided to send the phone back to you! I'm waiting for confirmation from the DHL relay point. I can't wait to be reimbursed... disappointed but maybe I'll come back one day.
