Case iPhone 15 Plus and 2 protective screens - TPU - Transparent

Worked very well and on time!

It's not exactly the one I wanted and I didn't see it when I confirmed the order. I wanted a 15 with Sim (no plus and no eSim) and you offered me an order modification (lack of the requested version if I remember correctly) in which I didn't see that it was the plus version or that it was with eSim. In short, although I find it a bit big for the rest, I've adapted, and as a result, I've got a battery that lasts a very long time (which is the main reason why I've given up on the 13 mini, which I'm in the process of reselling from you).

No problem with the case. However, the iPhone 15= is faulty: I can't charge the esim. I've had to return the phone to Back Market and I'm waiting to hear whether it can be repaired or exchanged. While I'm waiting for news, I've kept the case because I'm hoping to receive a working iPhone 15+ soon. Can you give me any news? I returned the phone on Thursday 27 November. Didn’t need to use the case as the phone was provided with a case. Used a protective screen which is fine

L'Iphone que vous m'avez envoyé ne fonctionne pas, l'écran est totalement noir. Je l'ai chargé mais il n'y a pas moyen de l'allumer. Je désire vous le retourner pour une éventuelle réparation ou recevoir le remboursement.
