when the phone arrived I was amazed its in perfect condition. battery is 93% as far as I'm concerned this was a fantastic buy. My wife is a bit peeved as she bought the same phone 6mths earlier brand new and mine is no different to hers. if your looking for a phone in great condition and fast service you wont do better than these guys.
