In my late 70s I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and enjoyed every minute with its excellent quality, now at the age of 85 years I purchased this S23 Ultra from BackMarket and it has left me completely amazed at just how different it is from the S8+ especially in the camera section which blew me away at the quality of pics taken. It seems a marvellous piece of engineering, Curved around the edges. It would have been good to have information on why I see a circle in the middle lower third of the screen, but I'm guessing this is the place to double tap the screen to wakening. It works for me.

Problem with the sim card that disconnects regularly I'm going to switch to an e-sim card to get round this problem. The screens are far too thick and the touch function really struggles.

Very good. I reported a problem with the protective screens and they sent me some straight away.

The shell is ok but the screens were not really compatible with the phone. They were refunded.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, given that the preparation was very quick. The quality of the products is good, but be aware that if you have already set up the fingerprint, you may need to delete the previous records and set up the fingerprint again.
