When I saw the photo in the ad for this camera, there was a protective case and an 8 GB memory card, but upon receipt, only the case was present; the memory card was missing. There was no mention like "photo non-contractual"... Furthermore, the tracking number provided with the order was surprising; fortunately, Backmarket's customer service reacted quickly enough to give me the correct Colissimo tracking number. It's worth noting, however, that the camera itself is as I requested, with battery and cable, and well-packaged. Don't be fooled by the photos in seller ads... (seller EC Blois).
