I sent the product back to the retailer, as it had obvious defects that indicated that the camera was not 'as new' as expected (stains on the sensor, scratches on the viewfinder, impact near the shutter release, significant number of shutter releases, missing battery pack). The initial delivery was 48 hours later than expected, and the parcel tracking didn't work (the tracking page showed the parcel as 'prepared' but 'not dispatched', even after it had been delivered). However, the retailer was very responsive in providing me with the best possible information about the delivery. When I informed him of the defects, with photos, he immediately sent me a returns form to send it back, and I was promptly refunded the full payment. My dealings with the retailer were efficient and very courteous.
