Canon Camera Lense EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM EF 70-200mm f/2.8

I recently bought a 70-200mm lens. The lens works well under certain conditions, particularly at f/2.8. However, when used with smaller apertures (f/3.5, f/5, etc.), overexposed images or an error message appeared on my camera. Faced with these problems, I decided to return the lens, hoping for a repair or a refund. Unfortunately, the resolution process was disappointing. The advisor told me that the retailer couldn't reproduce the problem and that I had to carry out an assessment myself and then send it back... seriously? I'm currently without a repaired lens, nor have I had a refund since 13 May! This experience raises questions about the reliability and efficiency of their returns and repairs management process. I would like a refund or a replacement lens.

I'm very happy with the delivery time! My problem is that I could not find my request and especially the validation of my part on the lens, my request was : The Canon EF 70-200 f2,8 but in L II version I received a lens in perfect condition but the first version is the L version. After many tests, this lens does not suit me... And so I prefer to send it back to you !!! I have received a lens in perfect condition but the first version is the L II version...
