I am very pleased with my first purchase from backmarket. The machine is like new except for a small defect the size of a dot made with a felt pen on the LED screen. I recommend the site and the machine which makes excellent coffee...better than in many bars.

Product lived up to my expectations, easy to use, good coffee. One small problem with the tracking of parcels: the link given in the first place sent me to a site in Spanish which indicated that the product had been presented but not received...in reality the product was in the process of being delivered, steps were taken thinking that delivery had not been possible but everything was back in order.
