Brother HL-L6250DN Monochrome laser

I've never had a laser printer before. Until now, I've only had inkjet printers, and I've always had problems with cartridges drying out or printheads getting clogged, to the point where I thought it wasn't worth having one at home any more. I saw this refurbished laser model, in the professional range, and thought it was worth a try. When I received it, I was blown away: it's in incredible condition, really like new, the configuration is very simple and the speed and print quality are amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm reassured to finally have access to a printer without worrying about the cartridges drying out or getting clogged. Normally I never leave a review, but exceptionally I'm doing so because I think there are a lot of people out there who have had the same bad experience as me with inkjet printers. For me, this is one of the best investments I've made in IT equipment in years. I recommend this printer and the refurbished one 1000%.

The printer arrived dirty, the cartridge was also dirty, with ink dust, as well as the inside (I have sent photos). I think it has not been reconditioned, then when printing, the pages come out very dirty, full of ink dust and scratches. When printing double-sided, the pages are wrinkled. On the back of the printer there is a broken air vent. I don't know why they leave a toner cartridge in this condition, if you have to replace it with a new one. The USB cable is missing. I will return the printer for being in such a deportable state.

it was returned to sender because it showed a catastrophic failure that did not make the mechanism move and gave knocks on the inside , the professional overhaul foreseen on the product as stated on the backmarket page on the internet had not been sufficiently paid for

It's a shame that the cartridge was 15% full or 75% empty on delivery. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
