    Aucun soucis après un peu plus d’une semaine d’utilisation. Article conforme, seul bémol, la housse du casque a des difficultés à se fermer correctement.

    La casque n'est pas de la même couleur que sur la photo, de plus il est en très mauvais état (rayé, sale, tissu abîmé). Back Market est clairement un des pire site de reconditionné, il vaut mieux mettre 20 euros de plus sur un site concurrent. De plus le service client est de mauvaise fois et ne fais aucun geste commercial même après photos et preuves. Très décevant !

    Es ist das falsche Bild abgebildet. Ich hatte mich auf Kopfhörer gefreut mit der Bose Schrift in rose. Und erhalten habe ich diese mit Schrift in Silber. Ich hatte tagelang das Problem das sich mein Handy mit den Kopfhörern verbindet und der Akku geht schnell leer wenn sie mal 2 Tage ohne Nutzung liegen. Zu Beginn hatte ich auch Probleme das Paket überhaupt zu erhalten und der Kundenservice hatte einen ungültigen Link für ein Formular geschickt. Zufrieden bin ich mit dem Noise Cancelling. Ansonsten bin ich nicht sehr zufrieden.
