hello, I want to change this mobile phone with a Samsung A14 because the BlackBerry is not working well for me.

We've been dissatisfied with our orders from you twice now; the first time we bought a laptop whose battery never worked, but which we didn't send back because it was too much of a headache, and the second time just recently we bought a black berry phone which is displaying an error message and which we can't use. It's a waste of time and energy to send faulty items back to you. From now on, we will no longer be ordering from you, as we are more than dissatisfied with your work and the quality of the products, which is the opposite of what you preach on your website!

The SIM card for the BlackBerry does not work The device does not detect it. Too bad I'm disappointed

I buy four blackberries and now the two are working and the other two refused to work. I really feel so sad about it.
