Ordered a Blackberry Q10 in silver grade;received in 48h00 by courier with tracking. Device in very good condition, new screen, very clean chassis (a "Gold" grade would have been more appropriate ...), with cable, power adapter, protective shell all Blackberry original and packaged (new).plus new earphones brand generique. I am very satisfied with my 2nd order from Back Market!
